• Apply a sufficient amount of massage cream to the skin of the face.
  
• Using the pads of the middle and index fingers, massage the skin at a slow, relaxing pace.
  
• After the massage, wash off the remaining unabsorbed cream with warm water or blot the excess with a soft napkin.
